Leaders in Training is a leadership outreach program consisting of a 10-class curriculum led by a trained instructor. It was created and designed by a certified growth coach to ensure students receive dynamic instruction on relevant topics that will encourage growth, maturity, and leadership.
Classes have components that focus on improving mental health, physical wellness, and knowledge of impacts of controlled substances with prevention and avoidance strategies. LIT class subjects include professional preparedness, modern etiquette, communication strategies, personal management, civic responsibilities, and growth mindset designed to empower students to take responsibility for their progress, actions, and future while building character, community pride, and positive social skills.
