EVERYONE DESERVES A BRIGHT FUTURE

Leaders in Training (LIT) is a nonprofit organization that provides transformative leadership and life skills training for teens from all backgrounds and adults facing systemic barriers. Through thoughtfully designed, multi-week class series, we equip teens and adults with the tools they need to claim or reclaim their lives, discover their potential, and build futures filled with purpose and possibility.

Our work is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves a bright future—and with the right support, growth and transformation are possible.
