JUVENILE JUSTICE Program
The Leaders In Training Juvenile Justice Program is designed to complement juvenile probation programs by supporting at-risk youth as they work toward personal growth, accountability, and positive decision-making. This program meets participants where they are, providing age-appropriate, situation-responsive instruction that helps them build leadership capacity, strengthen life skills, and increase awareness around substance use and risk behaviors.
Through interactive lessons and guided discussions, participants are encouraged to reflect on their choices, recognize their potential, and develop tools to support long-term success both during and after the program.
This program has been adapted from our adult detention program, which has been well received and appreciated in incarceration settings.
