ADULT Program

The Leaders In Training Adult Programs are designed for women and men in jail settings and recovery programs who are seeking restoration, growth, and a renewed sense of purpose. This program provides a supportive and empowering environment where participants can strengthen leadership skills, rebuild confidence, and develop the tools needed for sustainable life change.

Recognizing the unique challenges adults face in these settings, the curriculum is trauma-informed and situation-responsive, addressing real-life experiences while fostering hope, resilience, and accountability.

STEP 1: SELECT CURRICULUM PACKAGE

LIT's Women and Men's Program is offered as a 20-week series, with participants meeting weekly for 60-minute sessions. 

The curriculum package covers a wide range of topics, including healthy image, money management, communication skills, and creating and respecting boundaries.

The adult curriculum is in the final editing stages and will be ready for sale in Spring 2026.

STEP 2: TEACH CURRICULUM

LIT provides an evergreen, step-by-step facilitator guide designed to make teaching simple and effective. Each guide includes word-for-word language for facilitators who appreciate clear direction, along with supply lists, preparation tips, and best practices. Interactive activities are built into every lesson to engage participants and reinforce key concepts—so facilitators can focus on connection, not guesswork.

LIT also provides facilitator training and ongoing coaching equipping facilitators with the tools, guidance, and partnership needed to create lasting impact and change in their communities.
